The election of Officers and Committee members for 2026/2027 will take place during the meeting.

Committee members:

Nominations for Committee members must be sent by email to Caroline Cannar no later than 31 May 2026.

The Agenda for the meeting and unadopted minutes of the 2025 AGM will be circulated to members via GMS no later than 14 days before the date of the 2025 AGM.

Resolutions, motions and business for consideration at the AGM, duly proposed and seconded, must be received by Caroline Cannar on or before 31 May 2026 (contact details as above).
