In November the team secured just over £116,000 from Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) To significantly improve the playing facilities at the club. This includes a specialist tractor and grounds maintenance equipment plus new drainage and pitch improvements to Fitz which was completed in summer 2024.

Phase 2 - New clubhouse and community building

The development team reviewed the clubs' options and proposed a single story facility in the centre of the sports grounds adjacent to the current clubhouse. Following approval by the sports club committee, a pre-application consultation took place with TWBC, a planning application was then submitted which was approved in August 2024.
